Our vehicle tracking has been joined by a new, very convenient additional service. The additional service is called Travel Invoices. The service is suitable for companies where employees use their own vehicle for work or pay the operating costs of a company car themselves.
Thanks to the service, driving data collected by a vehicle tracking device can be converted directly into travel invoices. Daily allowances are automatically added to the invoice according to the distance and duration requirements defined by the tax authority. No more manual typing, creating travel invoices is now really fast and effortless!
How does the Travel Invoices service work:
- Select vehicle and time period for travel invoice
- Mileage and daily allowances are automatically added to the invoice.
- If necessary, other costs can be added to the invoice.
- Deliver travel invoices to the person in charge
Created travel invoices can be viewed later in Navisystem.
