Navisystem tukee liukuvaa työaikaa. Liukumasaldo elää käyttäjän työskentelyn mukaisesti. Jos käyttäjä tekee päivän aikana enemmän tunteja kuin normaali työaika on, saldo kasvaa. Ja vastaavasti saldo vähenee mikäli päivän työaika alittaa normaalin työajan. Käyttäjä näkee mobiilipalvelun kautta oman muuttuvan liukumasaldonsa. Hallintokäyttäjä voi tarkastella kaikkien käyttäjien saldoja hallinnointinäkymän kautta.
