Navisystem-järjestelmän avulla keräät helposti ja automaattisesti reaaliaikaiset tiedot työmailla työskentelevistä työntekijöistä. Palvelua käyttämällä säästät aikaa ja vältät ongelmat verottajan kanssa. Kulkutietojen ilmoittaminen on työmaan päätoteuttajan vastuulla.

1. When an employee logs in by showing their Valtti card at the time-clock device, a user is automatically created for them in Navisystem (employee name, username and tax number). Alternatively, logging in can be done with a personal login ID.
2. All employee timestamps are stored in Navisystem access control.
3. The employee's travel information is sent from the Navisystem service to the tax authority via the selected service.

Päätoteuttajan tulee ilmoittaa työntekijätiedot, jos työmaan urakoiden kokonaisarvo ylittää 15 000 euroa (ALV 0%) ja kyseessä on niin sanottu yhteinen työmaa. Yhteisestä rakennustyömaasta on kyse silloin, kun työmaalla työskentelee samanaikaisesti tai viivytyksettä peräkkäin useampi kuin yksi yritys. Jos päätoteuttajaa tai pääurakoitsijaa ei ole nimetty, pitää rakennuttajan antaa työntekijäilmoitukset.
