System messages can be sent via the web service Messages<\/em> section. Messages can be read in both the mobile and web services (Note! Sending messages requires appropriate permissions. Usually, administrative and supervisor users have this permission, but regular employees do not).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the top menu Messages<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select from the top left Send a message<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Write a subject and text for the message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Set additional settings if desired. See the following list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Select the delivery method. Note! Text message forwarding is an additional service for a fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select recipients<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Send a message Close in-<\/em>from the button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    To enable advanced settings, fill in the checkbox Show advanced settings<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the additional settings, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Sets the sending time for the message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Attaches a link to the selected vehicle to the message<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Attaches a link to the selected work item to the message<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Sets the event time for the message<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
